Dr Woof Apparel Birthday Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility for the Giveaway:
  • The giveaway is valid for 1 in 3 orders over $150 AUD (excluding shipping) placed during the promotional period.
  • Eligible orders will receive a gifted item as part of the promotion. The gifted item cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other product.
Returns Policy for Orders Containing Gifted Items:
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. If your order qualifies for a gifted item as part of our birthday giveaway, the following conditions apply:
  1. Returning Orders with Gifted Items:
    • If you wish to return an order that included a gifted item, the gifted item must also be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • If the gifted item is not returned, the value of the gifted item may be deducted from your refund amount.
  2. Partial Returns:
    • If returning part of your order reduces the total order value below $150 AUD (the minimum spend required for the giveaway), the value of the gifted item may also be deducted from your refund amount.
  3. Refund Amount:
    • Refunds will be processed for the returned items only, minus any applicable deductions for unreturned gifted items.
Australian Consumer Law:
Our returns policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This means:
  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure with the product.
  • You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
